Asansor Fabrikasi offers professional elevator installation services for new buildings and existing structures across Istanbul and Turkey. From project planning to material supply, installation to commissioning, all processes are managed by our expert team. Our Installation Process

1. Survey and Project Planning

The building structure is examined, shaft measurements are taken, and the most suitable elevator system is determined. Project planning is carried out in compliance with TS EN 81-20 and TS EN 81-50 standards. Capacity, speed, number of stops, and cabin dimensions are planned according to customer requirements.

2. Material Supply

Thanks to our extensive product range, we source all components needed for installation from our own inventory. Rail systems, doors, control panels, motors, ropes, buffers, and safety equipment all pass through quality control before being dispatched to the site. As a Turkish supplier, we offer these components at factory-direct competitive prices.

3. Mechanical and Electrical Installation

Our experienced installation team carries out rail mounting, machine room setup, cabin assembly, door installation, wiring, and control system integration. Quality control is performed at every stage to ensure reliable long-term operation.

4. Testing and Commissioning

After installation is completed, a comprehensive testing procedure is applied. Load tests, speed tests, safety system tests, and all function checks are performed. Pre-official inspection preparation is also handled by our team.
