Our Renovation Scope

Control System Modernization

Old relay-controlled or analog systems are replaced with modern VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) control systems. This change reduces energy consumption by 30 to 40 percent, provides smoother ride comfort, and minimizes breakdowns. We supply control boards from leading Turkish manufacturers at competitive export prices.

Cabin and Door Renewal

Worn cabin interior panels, lighting, mirrors, handrails, and ceiling are renewed. Old doors are converted to modern automatic doors. Door operators and safety photocells are updated to meet current standards.

Mechanical Component Renewal

Rails, guide shoes, ropes, sheaves, buffers, and brake systems are inspected, and worn parts are replaced. Motor overhaul or replacement is performed. Speed governors and safety gear are tested and renewed if necessary.

Electrical System Renewal

Old wiring is replaced with fire-resistant cables. The grounding system is updated. Shaft and machine room lighting is converted to energy-efficient LED systems.
